Requirements for Residency
To ensure a successful recovery journey, residents at Crow’s Nest Ranch must:
Maintain gainful employment or complete volunteer hours with a local nonprofit in Truckee.
Participate in weekly community gatherings, which foster self-confidence and leadership skills.
Be actively enrolled in our holistic outpatient program, designed to provide additional support and accountability while allowing residents to maintain their independence.
Holistic Recovery Tailored to Your Needs

Resident Responsibilities & Requirements
PHP, IOP, and sober living in a gender-specific home with structured daily living
No drugs, alcohol, violence, or overnight guests
Obtain full-time employment, be active in their continued education, or actively volunteer
Active participation in community recovery meetings
Random drug & alcohol tests
Involvement in physical activities or healthy lifestyle program
Positive interaction with the community and residents
