What Accountability Looks Like Here
Accountability is not a buzzword at Crow’s Nest Ranch. It is the standard.
Residents can expect:
A consistent daily routine that starts in the morning and carries through the day
Required participation in treatment and recovery activities, including outpatient programming when clinically appropriate
Community meetings where residents communicate, problem-solve, and practice honesty
Chores and shared responsibilities that keep the home running and reinforce structure
Work, school, and/or volunteer expectations as part of rebuilding stability and purpose
Regular urine analysis (UA) testing to support sobriety, transparency, and trust within the community
This structure is designed to reduce drift, minimize isolation, and keep recovery front and center, especially when motivation dips or stress spikes.
A Typical Week: Routine You Can Count On
While each resident’s schedule is individualized, most weeks include:
Morning routine with clear expectations around wake-up, hygiene, meals, and readiness for the day
Group treatment attendance through Crow’s Nest Ranch Outpatient services (PHP, IOP, OP) when indicated
Recovery meetings and check-ins to stay connected and accountable
House meetings to address community needs, reinforce standards, and build communication skills
Chores and life skills development (cleaning, organization, meal planning, basic responsibility)
Work, school, and/or volunteer time to support reintegration and forward momentum
Regular UAs as a consistent accountability measure
The goal is not to control your life. The goal is to help you rebuild a life you can trust.
